I think boister has a sunroof through which he can peer with his wide angle hence the high perspective.

How hard is it to install the steering wheel. I was reading the directions and it said disconnect the battery and stuff and you have to have a steering wheel puller???

Disconnect the battery and wait aroudn 15 minutes

remove the two screws/bolts holding the airbag on

care with the airbag, you don't want to be infront of it incase it fires

lift the airbag out and disconnect the electrical connectors

remove the steering wheel as you would a normal Mini steering wheel
(you don't need a steering wheel puller)

I'mm pretty sure BB doesn't have an airbag...........

I have a steering wheel puller when you're ready to install it, but most times you can get it off without one, just loosen the nut to the end of the shaft (leave the nut on so you don't damage the threads) then while pulling it upwards give the end of the shaft a pretty good whack with a hammer. They usually slide right off.

Come to think of it, I think my classic was splined, it slid right off once the nut was loose...........

We can do it when we do your rear brakes, if you want...........

That sounds good Dave. I'm free tomorrow... My brake lights aren't working either so that means I can't drive her around :(

Where do you all find the center caps for your wheels?

That's a good question... The Mountneys that I see on the web have really cheapo-looking mountney "M" horn buttons. Aren't there some nice ones that say Austin, Morris, Mini, etc.?

I have a brand new drop bracket if you need one. Let me know.
