Front end alignment?

Well, I have finally finished the engine swap on my 1990 Mini. The engine runs beautifully with its new carb, and the brand new clutch grips wonderfully. I took the Mini to have its front end aligned, and the shop was unable to align it to specs because their equipment requires the toe settings to be measured in degrees, not "mm out" or "mm in".

The specs for my Mini read:

Front: 1.58mm toe-out.
Rear: 3.17mm toe-in.

What is the equivalency for the front axle when expressed in degrees? Thanks!

1.58 mm = about 0.0625 degrees or 1/16 inch

So
Front: 1/16" toe out or +0.0625 degrees
Rear: 1/8" toe in or -0.125 degrees

These settings look OK.
