Japanese Classic on Ebay

Hey folks,
I'm just wondering if anyone saw this on ebay. The price is amazing. Too good to be true?

Uhm, its not legal to import a 1986 car. It has to be 25 years old or older to be exempt. If you live in CA, you can';t register it unless itsa 1974 or earlier....So yeah, it is a bargain, if you live in Canada

couldn't you register it as a 1974 or earlier? there was a classic in the for sale section a while ago, a 1994 car but it's registered as a 1974. wonder how that was done

that is illegal (but done)

would you risk your $$$ that you'll be successful importing an illegal car, or would it be wiser to buy one that's already here?

Generally the vehicle has to be atleast 25 years old. That would mean it would need to be an 82 or older..

it is 25 or older and it is a rolling date... therefore tomorrow thw car must have been registered/built on or prior to 5/10/1982 (or in the UK date version its 10/05/82, dy/mo/yr)
