Hey MINIacs:
Here's the announcement we've been waiting to make:
The Launch of http://MINImeet.ca - the Official MINImeet 2004 Web Site!
This year's event is "The Wolfe Island Adventure" - a special Island Rally/Scavenger hunt, evening entertainment and our now famous "Track Experience Day"!
Check out the new site, particpate and add your thoughts to the forums and (for sure) download the registration form and get it in. MINImeet 2004 is limited to only 60 MINIs. Last year was a sell-out, and we know this year will be as well.
If you were at MINImeet 2003, you know how MINIamazing the weekend was. If you've seen the videos and slide shows you know you want to be part of MINI and Wolfe Island lore. (You can see all the vids on the new MINImeet Home Page).
Did you know we set a record for the most cars ever on the Wolfe Islander ferry? 50 MINIs and 28 others - on a 55 car boat!
Wolfe Island anxiously awaits our return. Your MINI anxiously awaits its chance to get back to Shannonville!

Great News! Even we were surprised at the number of MINI aftermarket suppliers that have jumped on board to help make MINImeet 2004 (http://MINImeet.ca) an Over The Top MINI Event!
MINI Swag is coming to us from Doug Whalen and his Shift Machine, Moss MINI, CooperFlags, Redline Goods, Max MotorSports, North American Motoring, MINI Mania and and a bunch of great MINI Retailers! All of the suppliers were impressed with our Centrefold in the NAM Calendar.
We're a "rubber stamp" away from Kingston's City Council closing the main street (across from City Hall) for our MINI Only Show 'N Shine. Remember to bring your polishing cloth and car wash kits. HoJo's is again making the car washing rotunda available to us before and after our Wolfe Island Rally/Scavenger Hunt.
In the last Update I mentioned Amit's Track Night at Shannonville. Well, we were running on the Fabi track that night, the same one we'll be using at MINImeet 2004. That thing is unbelievable, with a dragstrip-length straight-a-way. You will have a great time. No racing or passing - just enthusiastic driving. I think that beats MOTORing, anytime!
(If you want to join Amit and the gang at Shannonville this summer, you can contact him at amit@btqfuzz.com. Space is tight, but he'll let you know dates, and availability. After this weekend there's 6 more nights).

MINImeet is perfect for everyday MINI drivers and enthusiasts alike.
The weekend is all-things MINI! MINI Ferry to the Island, MINI Rally/Scavenger Hunt, MINI Only Show 'n Shine (on a main street that's closed to every other vehicle in the world, except ours!), evening barbeque featuring a fantastic charity raffle table that is loaded with unbelievable MINI Goodies, an organized after dark Haunted Walk around Kingston, and of course, our now-famous "Track Experience Day" at Shannonville. The track, my friends, is a gas!
As you know MINImeet 2004 is limited to 60 MINIs - but there's still some spaces remaining. If you have any questions about accomodation, meals, the Track Day, or anything else MINI, just write or call me!
