It's time for me to become the most annoying person on NAM again to begin promotion of this years event!

25 Minis attended in 2007, 80 in 2008, and 160 in 2009!

This year we must crack 200 cars!! Both classics and BMWs.

We will have a web site up soon (details on the way). Flyers to be distributed soon (anyone's help is huge) as well.

Welly has gratiously volunteered to set up a "Poker Run" to replace the morning parade. He insists it's alot of fun as well as the chance to win prizes.

Again we will have ABBEY ROAD Beatles tribute perform. They were awesome last year!

New t-shirts and more/bigger prizes in the chinese raffle as well.

This event is FREE!!!! All proceeds from t-shirt/raffle will be donated to Providence House shelter for abused/neglected children in Cleveland.

I am planning on making it this year for sure and will try to get some other

DC METRO MINIS/CENTRAL MARYLAND MINI MOTORISTS to attend also.

I know Pazuzu went last year in his new orange Elise and it sounded like he

had a great time. Keep us all posted.

 

He did come last year and we all had a great time. Look forward to see you all at the Pub.

 

If anyone has any pictures from last year's Pub event, could they please contact me about it? I'm trying to get ahold of local media peoples about broadcasting the event for this year, and I think it would be neat to "wow" them with last year's volume and general good-timeyness (as you can tell I probably won't be writing any articles). Saturday December 11, 2010 is the Candy Cane Cruise on Clifton from 5-7pm where all sorts of Jeeps and convertibles create a modern sleigh ride by cruising the electic blvd tops-down!

The street is decorated with special holiday lighting, the merchants and eateries have out their welcome mats and you have the perfect excuse to put your tops down and soak in the season.

Registered vehicles get a goodie-bag, commemorative photo and collectible ornament.
