Not to jump in the middle of the no underwear toting, beer guzzling conversation but....
I decided to make the cross country trip this year to see what AMVIV is all about. I t will be a long couple of weeks but I know it will be worth it!
The last time I did a trip like this I made it to Vegas the 2nd night (yes from South Carolina). That was way too long ago and this time I am going to take my time.
If anyone is going from the east coast I would be interested in meeting up with them.
Now I just have to get working on the suspension as I don't think I can handle that many miles on the current setup....

Hey Chris. We'll have the beer cold for you.
I'd agree that doing it in 2 days it tough. I left for MITM after work and arrived the next day. I was so tired that I didn't have as much fun at the event as I could have. If you can manage it, don't wipe yourself out getting here. There is too much fun to have here to spend the time crashed in your room!
If anyone from the eastcoast wants to caravan out to Vegas let me know, we're up for a nice fast paced road trip. Not for the faint of heart is this one. :impatient Start thinking about it and get ahold of me so we can start planning.

Considering the last time I did the trip by car I made it to the grand canyon by 4pm I think I qualify for the not for the faint of heart....
Now the question remains as to what route you will take. It is much easier, and quicker, for me to go via the 40...
I'm interested to see how you plan to go, the 10 I would presume and then cut up somewhere?

If you guys end up coming through OK on I-40, then we might be able to meet up!! We left last year on Wednesday and stayed in ALBQ, NM that night and got to Vegas dusk on Thursday...
