Yep I do, I grew up in Visalia, so its just a stones throw away from there.

Rain in Vegas is not the same as anywhere else. Here it usually means a few minutes of drizzle. If we get more than a half-inch of rain in one falling the whole city shuts down

It has only rained once...
While I was in vegas, very dry most of the time. And when it did rain everyone ran into the casinos like they have never seen it
