FS: Modified JCW Exhaust

For sale is a JCW exhaust, This does not include the midpipe.
Both mufflers have been cut open and the glass packing removed.
I can take pics of it off the car sometime this coming week but I do have a video.

http://media.putfile.com/jcw-gutted

Just to be super clear this is just the back half of the JCW cat-back system.

Price: $250+shipping

Pretty sure piping is 2.25(its the John Cooper Works), the mufflers come packed with this fiberglass strands. We removed all the fiberglass.

It has ~30k miles from when new, the last 6k have been it gutted.

Stock Cooper S exhaust is one full system, you would have to cut it and then this would bolt on. There shouldn't be any welding involved.

I have a 2003 MCS w/JCW kit. How does compare to the stock unit in sound/performance?

Thanks

Its louder than stock, you will get popping/grumbling sounds. It is much more free flowing than stock and it weighs 27lbs, i dunno what stock is.

Thanks for the reply, was there any noticeable performance gain?
