yes thats it! But my version does not cover the ECU. mine has the ECU on the outside of the air cleaner box
it's very effeciant and has a due stage filter that gets air from the windshield cowl.

ok maybe a dumb question. Is this airbox self contained or does it use the lower half of the stock airbox to inclose it. The reason I ask is that the previous owner of my 03 "modified" mine to fit a autozone CAI/HAI.

 

it uses the bottom of the orignal airbox but replaces the back section of the airbox and top part

 

how many miles on the filter. why are u getting rid of it? i would be interested and i am here in so. cal.

 

i sold my mini which only had 13k on it. the filter was put on last year by randy webb himself. so it has about 5000 miles on it. both filters are in perfect shape the red outer filter has lost some of it coloring so it has black spoting on it "i beleave black was the orginal color before they dyed it
