Is it complete ( everything needed to install it) and if I decide to buy it how should I pay for it.

 

It is complete, the only thing you need are the factory nuts when you remove the existing piece,

lift the boot and you will see 5 black plastic caps, remove those
Then remove the stock piece
Drop in the new one
Tighten nuts
Replace caps
Done

install should be under 15 mins.

Wing is sealed up in the factory box for JCW wing, which is cardboard with egg-crate foam surround on the inside, should be no problems shipping.
