MOTD volunteers needed
Need volunteers in the following areas. Please check the EVENT SCHEDULE list to see what you might be missing by volunteering for certain things. Nothing worse than having a no-show volunteer
Car Show: Will need Three people to just hang out, hand out the ballots, help position the cars, add up the ballots, etc (if a group or a person would like to head this up and take it off my plate, please let me know)
Registration:
gnatster have volunteered to coordinate the registration process. (thank you Nathan!!) We'll need about 4-5 people per shift. Just post up what day and time you can help below or send me a pm. The shifts are as follows:
Wednesday------2:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Put me down for Friday 2-4 for registration. I know that you said 20 minutes prior, but do you think I can do the parade and then come back to work registration?

I need to be removed from the volunteer list. Just found out that I will not be going :( the girlfriend has two finals during the dragon, so its something she can't miss. I may try to come down for a day, but definitely not the nice 5 days i had planned.
Which list is the "accurate" one? Post 1 or post 8? They were both edited by snooter within minutes of each other.
May I suggest that post 1 gets updated to the "latest" and then post 8 gets deleted?

Sign me up for Friday 2:00 - 4:00. I can help out after the parade Friday morning too if that'll help. And if you need any more help Wednesday or Thursday let me know, I'm planning on being there Tuesday.
I am not going to be able to volunteer after all. Sorry, I am not coming to the Dragon this year. Will be there next year. Just not this year as I cannot make it during that time.
