I have been here over 10 boxes of Girl Scout Cookie Caramel Delites, 3 boxes of Peanut butter Patties, 1 box of Thin Mints and 3 gallons of milk.
Can you beat that?

 

I couldn't make it to MOTD 2007, but I made plans several weeks before MOTD 2007 for MOTD 2008. I can prove that I've been in line since before 4-13-2007 at 06:14 PM Central (my first posting on my local club website regarding MOTD 2008).

 

Only 3 gallons? My daughter has had 8 gallons in the time this thread has been open! No cookies though (unless you count teething cookies)

SINCE I AM RETARED NOW, I DON'T ASK!!!!!! USE TO CALL IN AND SAY THE CAR WOULDN'T START. WHY, CAUSE I AIN'T IN IT!

 

While I was sitting here munching on another box of Girl Scout cookies I had an epiphany.
Why not have a way to send a text message to those that want it, when the registration finally opens.

Ha! I'm in! Was I first?

See, I wasn't weighted down with all those cookies y'all been munchin on and was able to register fast.

I just looked and it says there's 1 person registered! That's me. I wanna big number one on my badge! So where are all you slackers, been buggin poor Mark for days about when registration would open? Just 'cause it's quarter of two on the east coast is no excuse!

 

You were indeed the first In fact I had registration open for nearly an hour and I was starting to think everyone was asleep after all the cookies and milk

Aha! Victory goes to the Night Owl! Thanks Mark for the efforts to date and yet to come. I've got a good idea what goes into this and similar events having been in the convention and tradeshow biz. I'm excited about some of the things that are being done to deal with the growth of the event.

 

I need to speak with Barry (snooter) about this. Look for something later next week.

That will be an RSVP type of thing we'll put up in the MOTD area on NAM. You won't have to register for them through the NAM store like you do for dinners and other main events for MOTD.

Same question about the day drives. I sent in two different registrations under same login name (as we have two drivers) so I hope I didn't make life difficult for Mark. I understand the day-drive events fill fast and I'm not sure how that RSVP will work. This is our first dragon so I'm kind of new (and really, really excited).

When you click the link to go to the NAM Store & then choose 2008 MOTD, there are subcategories. First one is registration, then there are others, including Clothing. That oughtta getcha covered. Literally.

Anyhooo... talk about good timing. I got my yearly bonus check yesterday & next thing I know, MOTD registration is open!!! Looks like I was the 10th to get registrified.
