Hey guys - I have a three bedroom villa I'm about 30 minutes away from canceling. It has two bedrooms and three beds. Fireplace, kitchen, living room and an EXCELLENT location.

I believe it's 3-4 years old. If anyone wants it let me know asap. I'd rather it go to someone here and it would be a nice bonus to not pay the $50 cancelation fee.

 

Is the Villa within Fontana Village?

 

Oh yeah - it's the "MotoringFile" cabin from last year right next to the general store.

looks like the efficiency room I have at the phillips motel in Robbinsville will have a vacancy soon. It is 79 a night and it comes with a full kitchen. www.phillipsmotelonline.com
