Pam, the Brew Swap ends at 10pm. You can also change the location to Fontana Adventure Center. We'll be using the same space as the Dinners. The "Dam Room" is only a portion of that Rec Room. I just found this out.

So for those who may be going, "huh", the location hasn't changed, just the name.

Pam, the Ice Cream Run would have to end before the Lighting Clinic because Imagox will be attending the Run and is heading up the Clinic.

Pam, I'm guessing that the Cigar Salon will run until at least 10 PM, if you'd like to add that to the listing. Thanks.

Check-In times haven't been posted yet but it'll depend on that really. If you arrive while check-in is still going on then you can get it immediately. If you arrive past that then you'll need to get your stuff on Saturday morning.

Check-In will be at the Adventure Center in the Village.

Many of us are not welcome at the welcome dinner so why not include the NSW dinner? How about NAM pony up or some nice prizes for the NSW dinner??

You may want to denote which events require registration, a ticket or have a cost involved.

Check-in????
Pam...Where and when exactly does Check-In happen on Thursday? Haven't found any info on this anywhere; PMed snooter, and he indicated it might be at the main desk at Fontana. Volunteers will be baggin up the swag on Wednesday with our names on the bags, but this still sounds like chaos at the desk, with 700+ folks and 399 minis.........

Just so you know, there is a list of events that you have to register/pay for on the Events Planner on NAM.

Check-In should be no different then last year. It'll probably be at the Adventure Center. And all 700 people don't arrive at once. Most are arriving over Wed., Thurs. & Friday.

As for the time of check-in, don't know. That hasn't been posted yet and only Mark Ferguson knows.

I'm aware of that, but the OP in her second post said:

Therefore, I thought it a helpful thing to add to her original post.

Pam, after conferring with my co-host, welshmenwillnotyield, we would rather have the Cigar Sampling Salon hours on Thursday, May 3, be listed as 8:30 PM - 12 Midnight, so folks realize they can hang out and won't feel rushed. Thanks!

Edit: nevermind, I went in and changed it myself. Thanks!

Thanks iflymini, I added NSW Dinner - I was going by the NAM event planner.

Thanks Clo for taking care of changing the time.

Fireman Mini - Thank you so much for the suggestion. I meant this list to be something handy for people to be able to print out and keep with them so they know what's going on and when.

Some of the events are closed. I didn't want to put too much information and make the list long and wordy. I did make everything a hyperlink so you can see details about every event.

If everyone would prefer I add info about registration and costs, then I am certainly happy to do so. Let me know if you all would like that.

I think its safe to say the Welcome Dinner will end at about 8:30 since that is when the Mixer begins.

Check in
Will take place at Fontana Lodge - we have a plan to keep the congestion under control. Your Names will not be on the bags,

Additionally - the entire area in front of the adventure center will be closed to traffic and parking for the entire event.

What Check-in will take place at the Lodge? Your vendors, or everybody?

Bummer. Parking there and having folks come by to admire my MINI was the most fun part of Fontana after driving. But with 400+ cars I guess I understand. Don't like it, but understand.
