Ice Cream Social???

Post #4 is updated with the departure location as the old registration area and now has a link to the event planner. Thanks for getting it on the planner. How do people indicate on the planner how many people are coming since it's one sign-up per NAM account?
Edit: Post #4 updated with map to old registration area.

I have no idea. The way it's set up, it will only tell us the number of cars, not the number of people. I'd imagine a fair estimate would be two people per car registered. Some cars will only have one person, while some might have three or four. The ratio for people/MINIs registered for the Dragon is less than 2 people per MINI. The ICR will probably come close to that, don't you think?

May I present the official Ice Cream Map. This will be a BYOM (bring your own map) event.

On Saturday morning I will run back to Chattanooga to return my new amazing dragon beer swap selection safely to the house. My girlfriend will then hop in the car and join me for an overnight at Fontana. We should be back at Fontana just in time for the Ice Cream social departure, so pencil me in +1.
Come to think of it, maybe I leave the beer at Fontana and run the car empty back to Chattanooga on Saturday so I can goose it a bit harder on the way home. Plus my girlfriend most likely will make me drive slower and thus the bottles will be safer with her in the car on the return home on Sunday.

MINIClo has suggested to me that those on the run have their radios with them to stay connected and also that there should be groups instead of trying to keep 91 cars together. Sounds reasonable to me. Some folks will be going from the Pan photo site as well as the official meet up place. It will be fun and tasty. Don't forget to sign the shirt while there.

That's a very good idea, Kamo. Select something other than the "official" channels the various clubs have designated. Maybe 7:12 instead of 7:21, which is the usual MINI channel? Just a serving suggestion.
