My 2025 Mini Cooper S came with 215/40R18 Summer tires. I’m having trouble finding All Season Run Flats at that same size. I’m thinking about just getting regular tires. Thoughts?

 

My co-pilot's R60 came with them. Dumped 'em recently for regular tires. We can hold a conversation in her car now without having to shout. They are horrible. Put a plug and patch kit with a pump in the boot and motor on.

 

I had a 2020 JCW that came with run flats... they were terrible tires IMO.
I pulled them right away and installed Continental Extremes all the way around.
It was night and day difference... the handling was superb after that and I never regretted spending the coin.

I agree with Fly'n Brick. Get a good tire patch kit/compressor and make sure your auto insurance includes towing, just in case.

My new 2025 F66 has VREDESTEIN 215/45 R 17 tires on it, and while I wasn't familiar with these, I am impressed with them.
