As I understand them, the taller the sidewall the better the ride.
Thus many MINI owners get the 16" wheels.

And they are here to stay. (I'm changing mine to non RF Yoko AVS ES when the original run flats wear out)

The more cushy the ride, but you do loose some grip in the turns because the tire starts flexing more...

Thanks for the link.
Almost 10 years since the first runflat tire on a factory production car and they still suck.

Moderators, this should be in the Tires & Wheels forum.

Okay, so I haven't driven a MCS w/out them, but to say they are not sticky is proposterous! My euforio's do a fine job at taking corners at a ridiculous speed. I've managed to lose a 325is and maintain cornering with a 350z with these tires!

haf

well...guess everything is relative, but the goodyear runflats I had compared to the yokos I have now....well in comparison I have no problem reiterating....my runflats were definitely not sticky, laugh ! Unfortunately even with the new yokos, I certainly can not run with the new Z as I have driven my business's partners Z, but doesn't bother me as the Z is in a different class than my MCS, I just have to worry about those GTI's & Civics, lol...cheers.
