Does anybody tried a telematics unit reset ?
Mini Uk told me this :
I'm sorry to hear about the problems cased by the Remote Software Upgrade.
We have had a suggestion from the Technical Support team. We need you to try and reset the telematics unit. This is done exactly the same way as a Hard Reset, but you just have to keep holding the volume button down until the screen turns off and on at least 3 times. The MINI needs to be fully turned on, in ready to drive, and all the doors and windows need to be closed.
