I know it is really late for my $.02 but here are some sugg.

1) have more times of doing raffles, but don't schedule during main events like autox

2) each time there is a raffle give the prizes away by vender that way the vendor can give there blurb about who they are and be heard without having to do it before every prize that is there.

3)I am a firm believer that if you show up, you get the chance to win. If not you're SOL. I agree with, at the point of entering the facility you put the other half of your ticket in the bucket. If it's an event like the welcome dinner or farewell dinner, everyone who paid should get a chance to win so then they can pre-split the tickets for those events.

**I love the prizes that were given away this year at the dragon. Big THANK YOU to ALTA for the CAI for my CHECKS!! I know it is frustrating and hard for the organizers of the events, and I want to say that you are doing well and I'm glad to see you are so open for suggestions. I look forward to the experience in 2007.
