Ok, so it's a lil early, but what the heck.
Post here if you have sleeping space to spare and are willing to share.
Please keep in mind, details are up to the participating parties to work out in private.
Please post only if you have a definite bed to spare...bed, not floor.
Having said all that, I won't know if I'll have space to share 'til tomorrow. I'll post as soon as I know...

P.S. Sould this be stickied? Up to you, moderators

We have reserved a time share cabin at Fontana - 2 bedroom/2 bath. The hubby and I are taking the bedroom with the queen sized bed. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. hyobum currently has the sleeper sofa, so there is a bedroom with 2 twin beds available. We are arriving on Thursday and leaving on Sunday. Our cabin is $129/night + tax, so I figure however many folks we get we can split per person

I have a bedroom available in an Azalea cabin. It's a double (full) bed. I have it for a whole week...5/1 to 5/8. I think the entire cabin's something like $129/night. Details can be worked out at a later date.....

Hi thatatvguy, I rented a Dogwood. It sleeps 4; 2bedroom/1bath... $67/night. PM or e-mail me if you want me to hold a spot for you. I have a few people interested but so far only 1 definite... that leaves two spots left.

If you stay, we'll split the bill proportionately.

Space in 2 br Hemlock Cabin available
Due to my wife cancelling her plans to come with me I have some space available in our Hemlock Cabin. We have 1 set of twin beds available in the other bedroom. Costs of the cabin would be split equally amongst all staying there.

I am coming in Wednesday, May 3rd and departing on Sunday, May 7th.

Let me know if anyone is interested.

Hemlock Info:2 Bedroom, 1 Bath, Central Heat & Air, Basic Cable TV. Kitchen Utensils, Bed Linens and Towels are provided.

Might want to check, but I think the Dogwoods have one room with a double bed and one room with a pair of twins. So, unless you want to get real cozy with a fellow NAMer, you should probably consider the capacity to be 3.

Hi Chris... I was thinking about this... however someone mentioned that the dogwoods have a small living space that can be used as a bedroom if need be. I'll PM those who will be staying to see what they think.

thanks

Hey, for others that are looking for rooms too... My fiance and I found a room at the Sleep Inn about 30 miles away in Bryson City, NC. Not ideal in location, but it should work out fine. Hate to be the only MINI there though, rooms are $70/ night...

I stayed in a Dogwood last year, and your assumption is correct...one double and a twin set. The "living area" is pretty darn small, but if you don't mind a crowd.....

Looks like I MAY be attending the Dragon--considering that I'm already a sponsor. If anyone needs to share a room, please PM me.

Thanks.

Got an address or phone number to share? I really don't want to be 30 miles away from the Fontana Lodge as the other poster said. I stayed in the cabins last year, and just getting down the mountain, took awhile, especially for those of us without MINI's for the event.

Richard, call Fontana and see if there is a waitlist...and call the Microtel, which is a nice corporate hotel in Robbinsville. That would be great to see you at the Dragon!
