The mental picture I had was similar, PassatDoTd!
Well I spent around $50 and I'm bringing some good stuff.
But Squirlz isn't just bringing that cheapo stuff. He's bringing some fine selections from the Michigan Brewing Company. I think one of his has like a 9.5% abv rate.

Sorry, this thread just looked dangerously close to falling onto the second page.
Well folks, this is it. The home stretch. We are ONE WEEK away from the Dragon Brew Swap.
Let's cover all the important details again (Briefly I promise)....
The swap is Friday, May 5th.
Check-In time for the Swap is from 8PM to 9PM. Event will end no later than Midnight but feel free to continue the party outside after.
It is at the Old Administration Building in Fontana Village. It's the only building on Hwy 28.
Please try and make it to check-in before 9PM.
The swap kicks off at 9pm with some impromptu speech from me which will no doubt be cooler in my head now before I get there and get all freaked out and say something dumb.
Don't forget to bring:
Your beer (both unchilled to swap and chilled to sample & drink)
Your waiver form (if you didn't print it out don't worry I will have them at the check-in but its faster the other way)
Sampling cups (if you plan to offer up some samples, please bring some dixie cups or other small cups)
Your ID (if you obviously look over 21 you are ok but if it's even remotely questionable don't be surprised if I ask for your ID)
Chairs (eh, probably not needed but if you don't feel like standing up)
Parking will be very limited so all you people from Fontana, please walk if you can. Come early to drop off your beer using your car and if you need to get beer back to your place afterwards we'll figure it out. No beer will be left behind!
There are 125 people showing up to this thing so if the check-in line isn't moving as fast as you'd like please be patient. The process isn't long so it should move swiftly.
Check out the door prizes page if you haven't done so already. For those that did I added a new pic. IF YOU OBTAINED SWAG FROM A BREWERY THAT YOU ARE DONATING TO ME SO I CAN GIVE IT AWAY PLEASE LET ME KNOW NOW. Driskill, Coopersport.ca, Sir Tyne, I got you guys down so you don't need to respond. Special shout to here to Detroit Tuned, Coopersport.ca, Helix Minisports, Motoring File & Doug Whalen for their incredibly generous donations.
On a very serious note, there is to be no drinking and driving. Have a designated driver if you have to drive to this event and you want to drink. Catch a ride, hitchhike, whatever. If I find out anyone gets behind the wheel while intoxicated I will do my absolute best to make sure you cannot attend any future Brew Swaps. And I mean that. This event has the potential to be the highlight of MOTD and we don't need to have it marked by some tragedy or stupidity.
If you have any questions you can email me until Tuesday night. After that if you have to tell me something important you can leave a voicemail on my cell phone. I'll check it whenever I have a signal at MOTD.
If I you see that I left some important info out or questions unanswered, email or call me ASAP.
Thanks and see you all in a week!

Just looked at the door prize page and all I can say it hell yeah there's some cool stuff there. I *must* win one of the Big Sky Brewing Company metal bottle openers!
I am going to bring my 3 foot tall inflatable yuengling bottle with me too. Thought it might add some charm to my little spot at the swap.

I think that belongs in the politically incorrect thread.
