Neither my wife nor I love CarPlay (hers) or Android Auto (mine) as implemented on the U25. We would both prefer to use Waze as we always have - on our phones mounted on a wireless charger. Therein lies the problem... I've been unable to find ANY phone mounting solution that works effectively in the 2025 Countryman.

There are no custom solutions from ProClip or RavenSpeed yet - an no guarantee that there ever will be.
Vent-mounted solutions don't work due to the vent design. The horizontal vent fins are very deep and the vertical crossbar is too wide to accommodate any of the 10+ versions I have tied thus far.
Suction-cup solutions don't work because the suction cups won't adhere to either the cloth-like portion of the dash or the pattern-imprinted plastic portion towards the windshield. I even used separate 3M bases to improve the mount but they don't adhere well after some time has elapsed.

Windshield-mounted suction cup solutions may work but they block visibility and cupholder solutions won't position the phone in a useful way.

Wondering if anyone has found a solution that works?

 

I have a Lisen magnetic sticky dash phone mount in my 2018 -- thinking it might go well on the backside of the OLED? It's almost vertical in my Countryman and I've only had to remount the 3M sticky pad twice in the past year and a half. They make versions with integrated Qi2 charging or if you prefer just the magnetic mount -- love their simple but well engineered and articulating all-metal designs. Holds my heavy iPhone 15 Pro Max even with a case just great.

 

Interesting. Magsafe not my first choice as my phone is an Android so would have to buy a Magsafe case but this could be worth looking into.

In the interim, we are using a cupholder-base wireless charging mount with a flexible gooseneck.
