I have an idea. Since we all know each other (more or less) via NAM and/or other online means, quite often I wondered who it is that I am speaking to. Last year as well as this, buttons were available from NAM with our names and forum "handles". This was a big help. My problem has been with all the cars. Who owns which car, who is it driving in front of me, etc. I'd like to connect a car with a person.

I propose we make little 'nametags' for our cars. Nothing fancy, just a little tag with our online names to let each other know who's behind the wheel. It would be another cool way to get to know who everyone is, especially at the dam gathering, the dinners, etc. Tape a piece of paper to the inside back glass of your car with your forum name and people will have another way of getting to know you.

I'll be sure to print mine a bit on the large size to make it easier on those who can't keep up.

someone gave me a kit that was a MINI magazine advertisement. It had little letters for putting on your doors, etc.

Look for Yucca Patrol in the driver's seat.

Unfortunately, I was unable to get my new Dragon license plate in time for this year's event. .

Plate will say US129 On a UAB Blazer's plate. I'll have a sign shop change UAB BLAZERS to "Dragon Slayer"

 

No custom plate yet, and doubtful it would arrive before the Dragon but thats ok, just keep an eye out for this bad boy...
