MINICCI Thread for Dragon

 

This is our tentative route from St Louis- I-64 out of St Louis to I-57 south to I-24 thru Nashville where we will pick up I-40 East. Once we reach I-75 we will get off the Interstate & motor the backroads to the Dragon. I'm thinking we'll have to run into some MINIs somewhere in Tennessee

Ryephile's mom is coming from Denver Co to detroit to meet up with us for the drive down. you might be able to meet up with her. we welcome everyone to our group at any point down I-75. it's a blast to drive with so many minis on the road! we have 35 so far!

Looks like I'll be heading up the MidSouth MINIacs from Memphis. I think that you may already have my email address and if so, please drop me a line so that we can decide were we can meet in Nashville. So far, we have 5 MINI's planning on attending.

So this is our approximate time line-

Leave St Louis Thursday 5:30-6:00 am

Arrive Mt Vernon Illinois 7:00 am & meet up with Chicago MINIs

Arrive east side of Nashville on I-40 approx 11 am meet up with Memphis MINIs?


Arrive Dragon by way of I-40 & US 129 about 4 pm if we don't get waylaid by those Detroit/Ohio/KY crazies

If anyone else is interested in joining up with us let me know

MINI5280 had a nice detailing Tech Session yesterday at Detailer's Paradise in Denver... www.detailersparadise.com and the group worked on...you guessed it...my vehicle. In that it had never been detailed in 2 yrs, the difference is more than noticeable. Smooth as a baby's....rattle.

So here's the scoop....

We'll be meeting at the Drury Inn at 5:30 am on the 5th. The Drury is located at the Fairview Heights exit 12 off I-64 just east of downtown St Louis. Also the Drury would be a good place to stay for anyone coming from the west or north.

You know that anyone and everyone who comes thru Denver stops to meet with Randy Webb at Webb Motorsports. Be sure to give him a call and arrange something - very convenient on the S side of town.
