The only problem with the train on Sunday is that the cute little stores at the stopping point are all CLOSED!

I wish the registration worked!

At least I'm in for the Farewell Dinner!

UPDATE:
It works, just not with IE running on my PowerBook!
I switched to Safari, and all is well.

Thanks for the help.

Hi
I am starting to book other trips outside the dragon event while I am in the area, and I was wounding if this is going to get of the ground, or should I make my own way there?

Thanks

mbabischkin / snoopy, My wife and I are planning a visit to the Biltmore Estate on the Friday (6th). Unfortunately due to the distance from Fontana, and so much too see at the Biltmore we have decided to leave early which means that we will miss the Dam photo and parade. I was not planning on requesting that this be made an official event, but if anybody is interested they can certainly join us.

Detailing and Car Care Seminar

Mark
It seems there is a pretty good window on Friday afternoon before the Chili Cookoff, Here's a suggestion, How about having a get together down at the activity center parking lot and have a Car detailing seminar, Maybe you and Ryan (Ryephile)who is the most meticulous car detailer I know could provide a seminar on detailing, or if you guys don't like being volunteered, maybe someone else would step up, Demonstrations of the latest and greatest car care products and how they apply to the MINI. Wouldn't it be nice if someone from /like Mequire's would step up and supply 300 bottles of their NXT wax.
You could discuss the do's and dont's of proper car care??
Just a thought, wouldn't have to have a sign up? Just show up,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Oh yeah, I almost forgot I will volunteer Minzilla as the demo car:smile:

Yo! Beautiful all-Jet Black MCS here, ready to report for detail-demo duty! TEE HEE! OctaneGuy will be attending the Dragon, flying in from Los Angeles, and he is a Meguiar's expert! Maybe he'd be interested?

Actually, Rye will be busy installing my pulley and UNIchip, so I don't know how much time he'll have for a detailing seminar!
