so after Eric finished installing the pully and the intake, he said it was normal to have some extra parts left over -- did you guys have all this?

..anyway, it sure does seem to move faster, so I guess it's all good

Looks about right. Not sure what the spring was for though ...

Those are what we call "optional bits" in the biz. After I'm done working on your car, it's best to drive with a head of steam so that when the trans falls out you have enough momentum to get where you're going.

'Round here we call 'em "pocket screws". If you have any left over when you're done, you put 'em in your pocket and keep yer mouth shut.
