So I ordered a 2022 F60 JCW a while ago and I was told that it would be a while before it got delivered, likely September/October. Since then, I have been tracking it and saw that it moved to “Scheduled for production” twice now. Both times it has moved back to “Order Received”, where it is now. Has this happened to anyone else? Is this just because of production delays? If it’s going to keep getting pushed back I may have to look elsewhere and cancel the order.

 

Sounds like it’s related to production delays due to supply chain. As your car is classified as a Priority 1 (customer ordered) it should get priority when ready.

I’ve custom ordered a few times. Tracking makes it feel longer. Once it arrives, you’ll forget all about this delay.
