I received my production number the saturday before last. According to tracking it's been "on order" all last week and today.

How long does it usually take until it shows up as "scheduled" and in production?

If you call Ask MINI and talk to a real person, they should be able to tell you the production week. Also your MA will also have this info.

 

It depends. Your order, did they just send it out that day or were you given a car that had already been slotted in? D&R MINI here in Indy had already sold a months worth of cars so we had a 2 week wait before production began. Took 6 weeks once the order was placed and MIB got here.

 

It depends where you are in line. Even though you have a production number, there could be many cars ahead of you in the same state (scheduled for production).

Worrying about it won't make it go faster. Once you're in production, you'll have plenty to worry about, like why your car has been in the paint shop for 6 days, with a scheduled completion date of two days ago.
