Anyone have the Dinan Sport or Elite tuner on their Countryman? If so, Thoughts of it?

No problem. Most likely I will get one or the other when my car arrives to the states. My local dealer installs them and it doesn't void the warranty.

The Sport is $299 & the Elite is $899

 

I have the Dinan Sport on my F60 S All4 and love it!

Easy to install/remove, and really does make a good upgrade for the $$$

 

Had the Sport in my F56 for 6 months and now Elite for 2 weeks. If you just care about higher boost and the convenience of changing Boost level - Sport. If you going after usable Torque - Elite. Power comes earlier, smoother and predictable.

 

I just ordered the Elite so it will be installed when my car takes delivery next week.

I've got the sport on my F60. Just as effective as it was on my F56.

I run it in +2 psi mode...just enough for some additional punch. I found the higher modes were too jumpy general driving around town.

Boost levels can be adjusting a smartphone, the app communicating over Bluetooth?

 

Correct on both accounts. I've got the Dinantronics Sport tuner ($299) and you can easily adjust the unit via an iOS or Android app.

 

Not sure if both fit the SE model

We have them here also: Fits F54-F57 and the F60 Also! The original Dinantronic is on there as well as the plates and plate frames.

There is no way to select a 2018 JCW Countryman? Is the device not yet available?

 

I believe all JCW are the same

 

They are? I did not realize the 2.0 was in older models.

 

All the F-series JCW share the same motor

 

On our site? Not yet we will be adding 2018 models soon. Its noted on link below it fits F60.

 

May have to snag that. For 300 bucks seems like a no brainer.

 

Very good to hear as I was thinking of getting one as well! I think this made up my mind for me.

 

I’d love to see an installation video for the Sport if anybody has come across one. I have been hunting for one, but no joy.
