I'm planning on it also.. trying to locate a trailer to take my Mini down.. 3 hours might blow the little thing up!! My only concern is that my Mini has a 6 digit vin.. something like 975938.. will that count for the record?

 

This will be my first event

 

So far we have MINI/Minis coming from OH,PA,DC,NC,NJ. Did another practice run today. Only a month away and getting pumped.

 

i think that as long as you have a VIN it will count......

Waiting for activation, but I'll be there as long as the weather doesn't cancel it. That'll be at least 2 from M2C2.

There is no registration fee or pre-registration. We need all MINI/Minis there by 2pm. All owners will complete an entry form to include their VIN. At 3pm we roll. The entry forms will be forwarded to GWR along with picture and film evidence.

As many of you know the East Coast is trying set a new record for number of MINIs in a parade, if you know of anyone near Virginia Beach that may not of heard about this attempt PLEASE send them the pic below! Let's get this record back in the USA, right now the record is held in England!! All help is really appreciated!! And if you can make it....... whodewho and all the better!!

Is there a carwash (not drivethrough) anywhere near the starting point? I'd like to get the road dust off the car before the event.

 

Are you coming up on 664 to 64?? I f I knew which way you were planning to come to the staging area I could direct you or give you an address to plug into mapquest or nav system for a car wash. - larry
