R60 horn sounds when turning right!

horn sounds when turning right!

this is weird, but when I take a spirited right turn my horn start beeping? is this a safety feature to let other drivers know there's an idiot on the road?!


for real, this is happening. im not making this up.

You could start by tracing back the wiring from the horn and seeing if there are any obvious wear or shorts in the wire. any exposed wires or worn down insulation.

I'm just going to say it, because it's the kind of thing that happens on rare occasion...

...You're not inadvertently bumping with your arm somehow, are you? You might not even notice it.

Likely to be a worn wire bundle in the clock spring in the steering wheel.
