I visited the local dealer this morning to pickup a part, at the same time I asked if the warranty would cover the leaking oil feed line replacement.
They answered Yes it's covered.

My question is, can they charge me on anything else other then replacing the oil feed line.

And will my warranty be void once they notice the catless down pipe.

They should notify you prior to doing any work they have to charge you for. Just make sure that is clear to them, write it on the work order if it makes you feel better. They can't deny warranty on the car unless they can show that your catless pos device caused the problem.
