Frustraded with ECS Tuning
This is NOT the first time that I place an order on their website and I get "Back Ordered" on my shopping status and I loose a good deal on other websites.
Why sell if they dont have in stock?!

I have that happen three times, but it was for blowout factory MINI items, about 50-80% off. One order kept on getting the delivery estimate pushed back as I was willing to keep waiting, until about 4 months later it was cancelled due to items no longer being available. I had luck with others so it must be the way MINI fulfills the orders for parts not currently in ECS stock.
What kind of strut brace did you order, MINI or another brand?
For non-blowout items, I've been happy with their service.

Shoot me a PM, If its on Back Order its on and a MINI part , I have to go up the chain more to see whats going on. Most of the time its MINI supply network has a glitch or incorrect data.

When it comes to ECS, some have issues, some have nothing but good things to say. I'm in the issue category(twice). No big deal, just use other vendors 
With OEM parts I use EMINIparts.com and for aftermarket I go with Forge, Helix, Way Motor Works, or Greeneperformance.com. Have had 0 issues with these 5. Fast shipping, fast responding, great customer service before AND AFTER purchase.

I have ordered on 3 different times, the first order the shipping was pushed out a week or so, my second order came promptly and my 3rd had a ship date for one item for end of July but received the whole order within 2 days. I would use them again with no worries.
