Looking for a person who does mini programming

Anyone know where I can find a person who does coding in the Michigan Ohio area. I know for the VW groups they have a database for theirs.

thanks

If you want just a few simple things to change, I suggest you look at the mycarly app for android and iPhone.

Its very slick, and for the cost of the app and an adapter its what most guys charge for coding.

I doubt an APP can replace NCexpert. I too tried looking for a coder here in my area and was SOL.

I have used the following guy several times on our BMW X5. He is honest and fast. Check him out. I just setup a time for him to do out new Mini. His site lists everything you can have him do.

His name is Okee "OK". He is awesome.

Interesting! Never heard of this before! Once you have the app and adapter, do you really have to 'code', or are there just functions that you tap, and then it sends it to your car?

I would like to program the sport button/toggle to be on as default. Is that possible?

I would like the sport button, fog lights to be on as default.

Sunroof to be one touch open would also be good.

Can this app be used for this?

No. Not the sunroof or sport button.

But I think it does the fogs as DRLs.

Here is the parameter list. Have a look.

The guy who supports is is AWESOME and he's always updating it. Not all options work (for example, alarm settings) since Mini's don't have a factory alarm.. and it magically won't make things work that the car is not equipped with.

But.. It did everything I wanted it to.. Remote windows with fob/open close - double hazard - mirrors fold when power off - comfort eject - auto unlock when off - etc...

Anyone in the San Francisco area already have this? Would love to see this in person if I could!

tried downloading the app demo (without buying the adapter) and the app has so much broken english and disabled features that I couldn't quite tell if this was going to be a quality product

Might ask here - https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...there-car.html

the App was formerly known as BMWhat, but the designer changed the name based on legal issues.
