R60 Annoying noise...

Annoying noise...
When i m steering 60-90 degrees right, i hear the noise somewhere around the left front suspension and sounds like tick-tack(once) and the opposite side when i m steering left corners with 30-50 km/h.The noise is more intense-acute when i m steering and simultaneously passing over bumps.
I cant see any wear signs on the suspension top mounts(but it could be from there).At the autorized garage they cant find something which needs to be fixed.Its difficult to reproduce the same noise when i m testing the car with them.
Do you have any idea of what can it be?
