Comfort Access clicking sound sometimes when pressing

The comfort access works, but on rare instances, it sometimes clicks and u can hear somewhere inside the engine or whatsoever that it is clocking and it is not uncloking or locking.. i have to release again and somehow do it.. this happens not always but once in a while.

i somehow feel like i have to not press it quick but like leave my thumb pressing until it locks/unlock and i feel like it is best by doing it softly too...

is this normal?

or it is a sign of defect...?

pls let me know how. thanks guys

Resolved comfort access

Hey Guys and braldee

did anyone figure out this issue? I have the same problem. If I press the black door handle button, or the ignition start button, I hear electronic clicking sounds like a relay clicking, but nothing happens. I get the no key present icon, but if I put the key in, it starts right away. The key fob remote unlocks and locks as it should. Do I need to recode the car?

thanks
