saw my 2013 last night... EMPTY TOGGLE SWITCH!

Unfortunately, my 2013 CMS ALL4 has an empty toggle. I don't know what it could be for other than the rear fogs which aren't available. Maybe windshield heater or something not available in the Us..

At any rate... EMPTY TOGGLE SWITCH.

I'm checking into the driving lights to see if mybe they could install that switch there...

Front and rear fogs are now the same switch (one touch, front, two touch, front and rear). If it's located aside the climate control, it could be the windshield defrost. If it's located at the same level of front fogs, maybe the sport button. In order, you have DSC, stop and start, lock btn, sport btn and fogs.

I don't think there are rear fogs on US models

Here (in France), we have the rear fog light. But it's the same button anyway.

My '13 R59 has the RFL too. Maybe it's just an R60 thing.

Not available on US R60's, at least for 2011 and 2012. Given the number of morrons driving with the rear foglight on in clear weather with their Audi's and MB's it's not a bad thing if you ask me.

Well, I'm guessing that the empty slot is for the auto start which I could only get if I didn't get a manual... So I guess that's okay.

Stop/start is only for manual, not for auto.

Isn't it the other way around? How can the car start without engaging the clutch?

The engine shuts off when you are in neutral (and stopped), and turns on when you depress the clutch.
