Where did you get this info from and how reliable a source is it?

It's a rumor I've heard. Speculation. That's why I'm asking if anyone here knows for sure if there will not be a MY2012 CM JCW. Hence my question "is this confirmed?".

Interesting article. Any one have speculation/opinions/WAGs as to when/if they will offer the JCW tuning kit for the countryman. I currently have this on my Clubman and I think that addition would be great for the Countryman. Would make me consider a countryman, if it had that boost in power.

Yep, looks like the 2013 MY.

You can get an apprearance package, but no power upgrade option yet. We have one with an appreance package at our dealership.
