2011 R56 Cooper S mods compability with R60 S? and acceleration times

I'm looking forward to swap my Cold air intakes for ALTA's one which they states that it's only for the R56 184hp engine, but the CTM is also using the same engine isn't it? wouldn't it be compatible on the CTM also? or even those M7 intercoolers, M7 Pre-Intercooler Charge Pipe , etc etc

also, i wonder what REAL WORLD acceleration times are you actual getting? Can you really get 7.7secs or 7.9secs on the automatic to get to 60mph?

Please post your times 0-60 in how many seconds in CTM S? ALL4? Non-S?
