Cross Country Trip

Just completed a cross country trip from Houston to Los Angeles to Napa and back... close to 5000 miles... I reset the trip computer at the beginning of the trip, 30.1 mpg for the trip, my speeds were 5mph over posted (actual 3mph over posted since speedo of off a bit) a good part of TX is posted 80mph... I had a vapor recovery pump go out, when I got back to the Los Angeles area MINI of Monrovia replaced the pump and had me in and out in 3 hours (great service there).... Overall the car did great and was comfortable.... Only saw one other Countryman on the trip, they passed me on I-10 and gave me a honk & wave.....

That's quite a trip! I was in Napa back in May and it was awesome. I hope to take a few road trips in my MINI to visit friends around the country.
