Replacing OEM Headlight Bulbs

Any recommendations as to a brighter bulb to use if I want to replace the original bulbs out...non Xenon.

Are these fairly easy to install? Just did my first oil change at one of our DIY days at MINI of Dallas, easy, but didn't have to remove anything, so wondering with the headlight bulb if anything needs to be "moved" in order to get to the headlight housing, etc....thanks for the insight! Any ideas on best place to purcahse...ebay I worry about sometimes with fakes, etc...
