tunnel wheel pictures

Greetings. My old volvo is dead and im thrilled to find out that countryman is released. I have yet to see one in the real world so I didn't know countryman is out until 3 days ago!

Trying to decide what wheels to get. Can any one post pictures of your countryman with Tunnel wheels? My feeling is that they match with white roof.

These were my choice. They are 18" and run about $1250. They also are available when ordering the Sport Package. They are the 5-star double spoke composit, part number R127.

Thanks guys, maybe I didn't make it clear. I am referring to the stock 17" Tunnel wheel.

But I am leaning toward 18" now... I noticed all season tires are not available for 18s. I heard run flat tires are bumpier.

I have the tunnel spokes and I love 'em. Didn't when I first saw them in pictures, but then I saw them on the lot and they grew on me. I get a lot of compliments on them, too.

Here you go, sir - a few pics of my Royal Gray with 17" tunnel spoke wheels:

Can't tell you how they'd look with a white roof. I will tell you I found them a bit ... um ... aggressive when I first took delivery, but now I'm quite fond of the edginess they give to the car.

Kind of regret not getting the tunnel spokes, they look great in every picture I've seen. I was trying to go with a whole black and white theme, and I was worried the anthracite would be too gray, but it's practically black. If I did it over again they are the only wheels I'd rather have than my black 17" 5 star spoke. Makes the car look really unique.

18" Summers are runflats as well, car does not come with non runflat tires, unless you can arrange something with your dealership.

I have white 17" tunnel spoke wheels. Not sure if they are available in the USA, but they were an option in the UK.

IMO they look very smart but need frequent cleaning to remove the build up of brake dust.

Not with a white roof but here you go.

Woops maybe I should have read what you wanted, I've got black tunnel spokes for my winter tyres.

The tunnell spoke wheels make the look of the car. They also block/hide all the brake dust from the front rotors.

Tunnel Spoke Wheels

Here is a good pic of the tunnel spokes. Swapped the standard steel wheels for these.

GrandPanda...I think I've seen what you are talking about. In the showroom, my dealer had a CM that they kind of 'tricked out' with everything they could think of. The car was white with spoke wheels which had white in the middle of the cross partitions. I wish I could explain it better (not generally a car person). The wheels then looked accented in white rather than being solid white. They looked really nice!!

Are you saying the tunnel wheels match up nicely with white body color?

I hope not, the ugliest CM I've seen so far was yellow with white roof and white tunnel spokes, MINI should not allow this combo, it's terrible.

I have the same wheels...with all seasons straight from the build.
They take awhile to grow on you. But I did get the new NE eng 19" gunmetal wheels and the rubbers will be in Wednesday. If you or anyone interested in another set or perhaps for winter and save what's on for summer I'll be selling them. Wheel and tire set with TMPS. I Purchased new ones for the 19"s.
So as they as they come off, on they will go on. Vehicle has 4600 miles. Can view them in my gallery.
PM if interested Thanks
