My CM is HOME!!!
Hi
Picked up my CM this afternoon. The process at Prestige MINI NJ was as perfect as one could hope for. Real nice people.
Drove the car 30 miles into and back from NYC. Drive was excellent. Car has a lot of power and the ride was quiet. Really liked the ambiant lighting and the HK car played well.
Have a question. I have the split rail and I purchased the arm rest. Can you place both the eyeglass case and the ipod/phone holder in the front section. The brake is in the way. What have you done? Any suggestions?
Also did I read that there should be some "clips" to attach to the rail. My dealership did not know what I was referring to.
Again this group has added so much to my MINI experience.

Congrats on your new Countryman! Look in the boot for the clips--that's where the extra clips were when I got my CM. My Motoring Advisor had to explain to me what they were :-).

I'm not Amy, but that's another story. They are hooks that clip onto the rail. Let you hang stuff off the rail like the genuine MINI trash bag. 
Just one of the many things I am anxiously awaiting.
