Yes, they are worth the cost. They definitely contribute to the comfort and the provide good lateral support.
The leather quality is excellent and it contributes to the atmosphere of the vehicle (this design reminds me old british leathers).

I tried to take some pics of the coloured leds feature. Since mine is all black, the effects (in the rails and doors) is less intensive than in a lighter colour interior.

Yes, those are 17" wheels. I know what you're talking about, I destroyed two wheels on my previous car in holes after winter !
