I just got the call ! My Countryman should be at the dealer tomorrow. I'm scheduled to pick it up Thursday.

The seats are firm but not overly so. I did notice that you don't slide around as much on the leatherette as you do on leather. This is good when you're driving but makes getting in and out a little harder.
