MA should be on top of it as well as they have all that info. as well but from reading all the replies on the forums, sound like a lot just don't take the initiative to go that extra for there customer, which is to bad.
Anyways Good Luck! Keep trying to track your "vin # track & trace to find the vessel.

Too funny...not really. I think we all go through these emotions and mood swings in our own ways. Mine being I know it's vessel name, the track it's on and when it's due in at the next port, but for the last three days I cannot track the Faust because it's out of range....but every couple of hours, there I am back on marinetracker...checking it's status. We're all doomed until our CM is in our possession
Lol..I understand completely. Just got back from my Mini dealer and they actually have a CosmicBlue in the showroom....first time seeing in person.. It was awesome looking..Very Nice..but this one was with black roof. I think the white will even add to the look. Not sure about you but I'm pretty particular,
Meticulous about my cars and looks like I'll be keeping a detail kit with me as as nice as the dark metallic blue looks it shows every little finger print and smudge on it and it hasn't even seen rood dirt yet!
I will post some pics. Gets to NY/NJ Wednesday & MA is thinking 2-3 days after that to Hartford.

My MA emailed me today to tell me my car arrived at the port. OL and robo ask mini doesn't have this update, but it doesn't matter. Next ships don't run til 2/3 anyway, but hopefully my CM will hop on one of those.
Just checked the schedules, looks like it will either board the Fedora or Oberon, Leaving either the 4th or 5th respectfully. Both landing Baltimore on the 18th
Sooo the waiting continues and believe me it doesn't get any easier once it sails...it's a looong 12days. Hang in there though, it's all worth it

I know how you feel. Our CM sat for a week before it even started heading to Bremerhaven. Now it's not going to get on a boat until the end of this week. Hang in there!
In fact, it looks like the Don Juan didn't pick up any Countrymans in Bremerhaven at all - I've been searching the WWL site for WMWZ and nothing at all has come up on CD104-DOJ (the Don Juan's voyage #). I even tried searching for a BMW VIN, and came up with nothing.
So, now we wait for the Maersk Wind on 2/12, or, god forbid, the Don Quijote on 2/26.
I guess I'll get the car in April.
ugh...sorry
I'm a production week 6 (I think I actually head into production Feb 5 according to my MA) and now I think mine may be on the Don Quijote (for west coast) if it goes Feb 26. I've always anticipated an early April date (but was secretly hoping for March).
Probably not a chance mine would make the Maersk Wind 2/12, right? I guess I'll know after actual production is started and tracking begins.
EDIT: Do you all calculate your 'Week X' by the week it was finished OR by the Production Slot Week designed by your MA? Just curious...I keep saying I'm a Week 6 per my production slot number.

In terms of weeks -- there's no set rule; When I ordered my 07 mini I started in one week from the production schedule but was born in a different week because I was delayed.... moved groups... I don't think it matters, really; whatever group you like best! The "born" week method keeps you closer to the people going through the equivalent agony at the same time...
No worries. Same thing happened while I was tracking the Oberon. It will generally re-emerge the same day it is scheduled to arrive in Halifax. Check the webcams so you can see it come and go. Once it leaves Halifax it will go dark again until it nears the NY port.
Thanks Midnight...and as you stated recently received an email alert that the Faust is back in range..and is in or near the port.
I think I caught part of it on one of the live cams..then it turned and started heading back. Must have to dock somewhere to let some vehicles off, then back out again to my stop NY...just in time for Ice Storm headed are way Tues/Wed
Still enjoying the Countryman ? I saw the CosmicBlue in person ver the weekend at the dealership. Awesome..but as you stated I think...detail kit in the boot.

Flyer53 - we love our Countryman. My wife says it is her most favorite car ever. And same for me (if you exclude my Porsche
). It is a great and we love the color combination we chose. Is filthy dirty due to all the snow, ice and salt and will remain that way as another storm is heading our way, as you pointed out.

Hope all you folks get on the ships you want.
MB, noted your snow comment, how was the CM in the deep stuff?
We drove the CM up into the mountains on Sunday, dry roads except for some wet spots, it was a great drive.
The CM takes a great set through the curves and power is excellent. We managed to keep the speed up very similar to my MCS in the curves.
Today, the CM is getting very dirty on about 1/4 inch of ice and 3-4 inches of new snow.
At least it is parked in the lot at the wife's office and not out with the nuts who can't drive in Colorado.
