so, I'm dealing with my MA now on some problems with our order.

we wanted Cloth/Leather Seats (FSGZ), Carbon Black Color Line (4C1) and Interior Color Carbon Black (4CU).

my MA is telling me we can't get this combo - if we get the cloth/leather, we can't get the Carbon Black Color Line...

I can build this car on the configurator without any issues...

anyone have any suggestions?

 

The order guide I have (10/12/10) does not show any restrictions on option 4C1. In fact FSGY (the other cloth/leather combo) can ONLY be ordered with 4C1 or 4C5 (Color Line Pure Red).

I'd ask your MA to check again or even ask for sales manager.

 

upon further investigation, I saw this note in the 10/12/10 order guide:

4C1 is default for T9E1, T6GW, FSGZ, T6E1 and T9GX

so... I just forwarded that back...

 

I'm guessing that not a lot of people go for the Leather/Cloth combo - after going back and forth with MINI USA, it would appear there's no way to not get brown on the doors w/ FSGZ.

So, we deleted the premium package, added back the sunroof and chose Carbon Black Leather, instead...
