Mini Me GB how is the room in the back seat? My 13-year old is almost 6ft tall and I'll need to know how "stuffed" he'd be if we bought a Countryman. He fits fine in my 02 except his size 14 feet don't fit in the floorboard.

Sorry for neglecting this thread - very hectic here preparing for the trip.

There is a lot of room in the back but I'll ask one of my friends (who is 6ft) to sit in the back and report back

The trip starts on Saturday and the Countryman now has had it's graphics fitted.

Here is a photo from the official handover by Jochen Goller - Director of MINI UK

Keep updated on the trip at baylissracing.com

I just finished reading your blog and am very impressed and inspired by your trip up! Congratulations is right!

What an adventure - from snapping guard dogs to husky sled rides and glass igloos and more!

I'll definitely be staying tuned for the return trip, as well. Nice Flickr photo site, too! Found my way there via your blog.
