The more photos I see of lowered CM the more I tend to think that this was the way the car was originally designed, it just looks correct, then someone at BMW had a brain fart and raised it on stilts.

Thanks for the info, I kind of thought that but you can't always tell in photos.
I used that combo on my first MINI PW/Black. I can't decide if I want to go that dark with the Light Coffee/Black.

How are things in your neck of the woods?

Things got cold here...

That's about -20°F for my friends south of the border.

How do you get the springs done - did you take it to the dealer or a trusted shop?

And I thought the +15°F temperature I was greeted with the last two mornings was insanely cold...

yelped a few places around my area and did some calling.
funny how install prices range from $350-$650 for labor only.
In the end i bought the springs direct from nm-eng.com
and paid $360 for the install that included a 4 wheel alignment.

I wonder if thats paint or the new wrap they have out? I would never own a vehicle with denim paint (seen a lot on motorcycles). Every time you wash it you get shinny spots, looks like crap in no time.

Same exact thing a body paint guy told me - wrapping it is definitely the way to go for flat or denim paint but costs $2500 in my area

For my "milestone birthday", loving wife and kids made me a Cosmic Blue Mini Cooper S Countryman All4 cake complete with bonnet & boot stripes, and dual-pane sunroof (aka candle holders)!

(It wasn't until after I blew out the candles that I caught the irony of the Mini cake having been on fire...)
