Thanks ygblat! I do believe I saw one at the dealer a while ago also... But I didn't take a close look, thinking there'd be more later.... but haven't seen a Tuscan since!
Anyway, the Tuscan I saw struck me as quite nice, so I am going to stick with it....
When did you order it and from which dealer, if you don't mind me asking...I went through East Bay and my car is scheduled to begin production almost 4 weeks after the initial order date.

No problem ygblat- I ordered mine from Mini of Mountain View. I did this on 4-20, they inferred the car might be ready by end of May. While ordering, they opened up a placeholder car on the computer (one that was already allotted and configured for Mountain View Mini) and modified it to match my order.
Someone once told me that East Bay takes a little longer. Maybe they sell above their allotment and so they have to wait for a new car allotment to actually enter your order? I'm just guessing.

Good luck!
Thanks, for the info, Max! It's great to hear that they took such good care of you. I knew I should have stopped by Mountain View before going all the way to East Bay. Oh well, I guess it's back to playing the waiting game...and it's a hard game to play (see Skuzzy's running commentary over the last few weeks for further proof).
well, good things come to those who wait, right? I don't know if I'll get mine any sooner or even on time. (say end of May). I'm OK to wait... just hoping it's not six months or somthing!
